Patsy Sciutto-Doerr has more than 20 years’ experience in talent, learning, organizational development, diversity and inclusion, and employee recognition. Prior to that, she was in sales and business development.

Her experience is primarily in investment banking, having held a number of global leadership roles at JPMorgan, Deutsche Bank and Credit Suisse, in New York, London and, most recently, Hong Kong. Before joining Thomson Reuters, Patsy was responsible for talent and learning, employee recognition, alumni relations and the global centres of excellence development effort at Credit Suisse in Asia Pacific. She was based in Hong Kong, but her responsibilities spanned 14 countries globally and in the region.

Patsy has extensive experience with panel moderation, facilitation, communications and presentation. She was the key interviewer for CSTV in APAC, and in that role had the opportunity to work with Roger Federer and Tony Fernandes, CEO of Air Asia, to name but a few celebrities. She enjoys speaking at other organizations, universities and schools, and is certified in a number of personality profiling and team-building tools. She is passionate about supporting a diverse, global environment to support business goals.

Patsy sits on the board of Dominican High School, an all-girls school in Manhattan and does leadership development work for Marymount High School, her alma mater.

Patsy has a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology (pre-med) from Washington and Lee University in Lexington, Virginia, and a Master of Science degree (summa cum laude) in Adult Learning and Organizational Development from Fordham University in New York.
